    Strong Support for Displacement and Vector Displacement Map export

    I use Zbrush and 3DCoat , both can work with Vector Displacement but I definitely see the future of painting over geometry with photo realistic Vector Displacement materials in 3DCoat as a True 3D displacement then bake out the new low poly geometry within that app to use tessellation or Pixar's openSubDiv 3 which is apparently faster, supports non-manifold topology and is now compatible with game engines.
