3DF Zephyr Lite 50 Frame extract limit

Hi, I have recently upgraded from Free to Lite and seem to have a 50 Frame extract limit when I process a video of over 1000 frames. what am I doing wrong?

    Hi Quentin,
There are no limits in the Lite version. Do you get a specific error? Have you tried to increase the number of frames per second (FPS) to extract maybe? Please note that it's not recommended to extract many frames per second as it might add redundant information.

Roberto did you by chance mean the pro version? Like CG-Guy my Lite is 500 frames and I only bought it like 1 month ago.

Thanks Roberto, I am trying again with a larger FPS. I am with the others on the 500 frame limit unless it is a Christmas present.

Oops, this is embarrassing. Sorry for being the party pooper.
I was meaning that there are no limits for extracting frames from video. However, there is still the limit of 500 photos or frames to process in the Lite version.
