Does Zephyr Free make use of HT

I don't know if this is OT or not.

I'm doing some benchmarking to figure out the optimal hardware configuration for my system.
I would like to ask if Zephyr Free is optimized to make use of HT. I've discovered that I get better performance from it if I disable HT. I don't know if I'm missing a setting somewhere.

Definitely not Ziofu's corner material but no problem I'm moving the thread to the main forum.

Anyways, all version of Zephyr make use of all available cores, but as far as I know we don't make distinction between logical or physical, we just ask the operating system the ideal count.

Keep in mind that a CUDA device will outperform a CPU any time of the day in Zephyr, so we strongly suggest you to enable CUDA in the options.

Absolutely, I just don't understand why I get better performance if I tell Zephyr to only use half of my cores. I thought it might have something to do with HT.

      Thanks for the info Neighbor
