HELP!!! .e57 into a mesh and export with textures

Sounds like you're using the wrong trial version of Zephyr: https://www.3dflow.net/3df-zephyr-feature-comparison/

3DF Zephyr Free/Lite only have laser scan viewing capabilities, you will need to use 3DF Zephyr Pro/Aerial to work with the .e57 data

Good morning, I am new to Zephyr!
I downloaded the trial of the lite verison,
I am tryng to convert the file I received in .e57 format,
my objective is to export a mesh .obj or .fbx with textures.

I have seen many tutorials, but I am unable to click on buttons like:
make structured or export mesh with text.
Buttons are unclickable!

Please help me!!!
