Making my orthophoto into a grid of overlapping tiles

I have an orthophoto in Zephyr Aerial which is very large and so needs to be segmented into tiles. The tiles that make up this grid will need to be overlapped with a 10% overlap so that they can be used in eCognition for objectbasedimageanalysis and be merged back together afterwards. Is there a feature that can help me achieve this overlap and save them as .tif files?

    Hi se18023,
in the current version, Zephyr creates tiles when the size of the orthophoto is too big for a tiff file, the only way to create custom overlapping tiles is to create the tiles by specifying the x0-x1 y0-y1 parameters from the orthophoto page.
Anyway, in the next Zephyr release, we will add the "BigTiff" support, and you will be able to create a single tiff of large regions.
You already can download and try the beta version of the upcoming Zephyr release by signing up here: http://3dflow.net/account/
