    Hi Dwane,

we have a few datasets made with an electron microscope. Unfortunately you cannot do a standard calibration, however you can create an easy scene for Zephyr and save that from a correctly reconstructed zep file. I also suggest double checking with control points, if possible.

So, i don't know what your subjects are, but regardless, i would put something very recognizable that covers most of the area the microscope can see, and then reconstruct it. Please note that since it is pretty much a virtual camera, you'll have to make sure you don't change the settings of the microscope itself when moving from the "calibration" dataset to a real dataset.

Hi, I'm using a scanning electron microscope. Has anyone tried using images from an SEM and if so, how did you create the camera calibration file? Thanks, Dwane
