    Mesh Extraction Unexpected Error

Hello I am trying out 3DF Zephyr Pro Trial version, to see if we can use it in our workflow.

I have a big .e57 file of 10gb that I import in Zephyr, I than construct all parts and merge them as one point cloud. I then try to extract a mesh with high details and with urban settings, but it fails everytime.
    It says:
    Please check your dataset.
Try using a wider bounding box or use a more dense point cloud.

My bounding box is already covering way more than the model itself.

Is there a way I can fix this?

I already tried default instead of high detail and general instead of urban, but no luck.

    Hi Jerry,

it's hard to tell without taking a look at the file. Likely however, you have a lot of points that are not seen from the origin of the scan, meaning that your e57 was processed by some software that either removed or changed the scan origin information. Try using the original scan file.

If you want to share it, i can take a look to confirm if this is the issue
