3D Scann data doesn't find features do align

    Hello together,
I build a full body 3D Scanner where the person is rotated and photographed by 8 raspberry pi v1 cameras mounted on a aluminium profile.
You can see the scanner here: https://imgur.com/gallery/99n9ufX
Here I have a example data set with the most feature rich clothes I have (This is my paintball gear, I thought the camo would be good). https://drive.google.com/drive/folde...8I?usp=sharing

Now my problem is that the programm thinks that the pictures are all from the front of the model and not around.
    How can I fix this?

Maxinger15 Hey! Welcome to the forum.

Thanks for sharing that dataset - My initial thought is that the static white cloth in the background is acting as an anchor which is driving the camera orientation towards that rather than your subject. You could potentially solve this with masking, but currently it would be a bit of a manual process because there's not a clean enough separation between your subject and your background. Here is a tutorial on masking:

I'd advise that you move the background back a bit more and switch it to black rather than white (to absorb the shadows and maintain a smooth featureless backdrop).
