Model looks Dented/Crushed

Hi jsfilmz - Can you please share the photographs which you used to create the model? From them I'll be able to give you some feedback on your image acquisition - 3D surface reconstruction hinges around the input images so they are always the best place to start when troubleshooting.

Hey guys. Loving the software so far. Any way to reduce the model looking like its been crushed/dented? How can i smoothen the model a little? I followed the tutorials online about smoothening but it made it worse. Thanks in advance.
