Activation Issue

Hello,
I'm having an issue trying to activate my software. I keep receiving error 28 (network connection disabled), but my computer has internet access. There are no blocked attempts from the firewall. I attempted to do manual activation, but it won't allow me to save the file either.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Dan,

error 28 means that you have certain network interfaces disabled. This includes virtual interfaces. You need to activate them (they do not need to be connected) while you activate 3DF Zephyr, then you can re-disable them.
