Model and DTM appear on their side when I add GCPs

    Hello!
Sorry I am new to using this software / photogrammetry in general.

I am trying to practice adding ground control points and then extracting the DSM from 3DF Zephyr.
I have tried to ensure that I set the coordinates I'm adding as GCPs as the correct reference system, however as soon as I hit "Align model with 3D contraints" the model turns on its side and the resulting DSM seems to be sideways too?

Not sure where I am going wrong! I have been using the method of uploading a list of GCPs from a txt file, so grateful for any pointers.

    Thanks!

rachelgis - Hi! Welcome to the forum - Sorry for the super late reply, only just saw this post - It might be simply that you need to change the UP axis.

You can do this through Tools>Options>Application>UP Axis.

If this doesn't fix your issue can you please send through the .ZEP and all corresponding files to support@3dflow.net and we can have a closer look to see if there are any obvious solutions. Files are best sent to us using a download link GoogleDrive or WeTransfer.

    Thanks!
