Hi Flatty - Generally speaking it's difficult to get good reconstructions with 360 images or video footage, they typically have high amounts of lens distortion and are low resolution when broken into their constituent parts. Your best bet would be to capture a well lit, feature rich environment, then save the camera calibration from that for use with other reconstructions with fewer features, lower light etc...
Once you have a successful camera orientation you can save the calibration through Utilities>CameraCalibrationManager and use it again on a more demanding set of images which fail to orient automatically.
