Hello 3d flow Forum,
i've recently done a project using a sony camera ( Sony alpha 7r mark 4 61 megapixel). I was really excited to see the result of this project but when i processed the model in 3d flow ..the orthophoto quality was really poor (not sharp, partly blur and pixelated). ...
Before someone says about the photos quality...the photos are good quality. infact i was so disappointed that i processed the same dataset in Metashape which produced a wonderfully sharp orthophoto!! so the problem it's defenetely not my photos.
The processing reports (from both softwares) ..have calculated a 0.0022 m GSD on the models ...so i'm expecting a very good orthophoto actually ...please see below the difference in sharpness..
Can some help me understand how do i make my Zephyr ortho look like the one that Metashape has produced?
If the solution is to pre sharpen the images in photoshop then thats a route i dont want to go down as in this case it would cause longer and more costly processing times...in any case ..i didnt have to sharpen them in metashape..
I'm really hoping someone can give me an answer here or offer a solution to this very frustrating problem....
