Cannot download FlowEngine Free - corrupted zip file for GNU/Linux

I am trying to setup and test FlowEngine Free on WSL. However, the downloaded zip file seems to be incomplete or corrupted - I cannot unzip it. Are there any additional steps involved in the process?

This might have been a browser related issue. Tried to do the same with Chrome and a full zip file got downloaded.
