    Measures Volumes

Hello, I work in topography and I use 3DF Zephir to measure volumes of materials in quarries. What is the safest method of calculation?
    to get reliable measurements.
    Thank you for your answers.

You can use the projected volume calculation and/or the volume calculation, depending on your needs.

Note that it is possible to cut the mesh using drawing elements as well: this is very useful in case you're doing comparison between different time frames of the same dataset, as you can place control points, define the shape via control points, cut using such shape, and compute and compare only those volumes.

Note that you posted in an album, not in the forum - apologies for the late reply. You may want to post in https://www.3dflow.net/forums/ to make sure everyone reads your post
