    Hi Safia,

further testing revealed that while we fixed the bug in the properties, you're right, there was still a missing refresh in the report. Thank you, we fixed it and it will be included in the next patch.

In the meantime, you are eligible for a bugtester t-shirt since you helped us finding and fixing this bug, twice

    Hi Safia,

the bug has been fixed with the release, you should be able to simply update to v4.302 - are you still having issues? I just tried and i can't replicate it in 4.302

    thank you!

    Hi Safia,

as i mentioned we are correcting bugs to volume display.

I can send you a key for our current beta testing of the upcoming version if you'd like

    Hi Andrea,

In this case, I've only one mesh (Mesh 1) when I calculate the volume by projection it creates another mesh (mesh 1 volume unstructured) .

Mesh 1 volume 14750 (from properties)
After I exported the report I found that mesh 1 has volume 17050 (from properties)

The report in volume measurements list
    Mesh 1 to be 17050
Mesh 1 volume unstructured to be N/A

    ???

    Hi Safia,

there is actually a bug currently. If you calculate a mesh and check the properties of another object (e.g. if you have mesh1 and mesh2 and compute the volume of mesh2 then check the properties of mesh1) you may see the latest object volume in the info panel as well. You should check the volume of the unstructured mesh to be sure. We are fixing it in the next release!

I'll check for the report as well - it should show the values correctly if you computed them but there may be a connected bug, thanks for letting us know!

    Hi Andrea,

Please I want to ask about what's the difference between mesh volume from
    Mesh - - - - - - properties - - - - - volume

and volume get from measure volume

    Both are different

And when I export the report he just export the voleme of mesh not the volume I calculated

Yes, right i know that, but this gave me an approximate result that I can after that modify on it.

    Thanks

Unfortunately it closes them as best as it can. You need more photos of the terrain in order to provide a full reconstruction.

    Hi Andrea,

I used volume / projection and it fills all voids and gabs not so accurately but with the data given it calculated and closed the volume, thanks

    Hi Safia,

you need to have the visibility of the full surface. Those gaps won't be covered by the fill holes in a way you expect. You can try using the project volume tool but you will likely get something not very useful. Unfortunately you need more images.

    Hello Andrea,

no not hollow, the problem the volume measurement fills just some of the holes

please find attached a screenshot, thanks
