Hello, I'm Chris from Germany. Unfortunately I have a problem with the program. I want to make a copy of an item. However, the item has holes. I've tried different backgrounds or lighting. However, the holes remain in the copy. I hope you can help me.?

Hi Chris,

thin surfaces may need to tweak a bit the thickness parameter: try raising it a bit
