          I use unity engine it's free- then download the Google arcore package file

              Also worth mentioning I use zbrush to remesh to lower polycount then create normal maps and the diffuse transfer in xnormal (free) and clean up the textures in substance painter

                  I uv map the low obj file output from zbrush then use xnormal to transfer diffuse and bake normal and ambient Occlusion

                    Use 3ds max for uv mapping but blender would work just as well and blender is free
